Instead of building and designing website from scratch, there are other easy ways to do it. Use CMS or content management system in order to do it.

Those numbers of CMS might confuse you, some of them really easy to install and understand, but some of them required basic skills to modify it.
There are several CMS that quite popular right now, those are WordPress, Joomla, Mambo, and Drupal. Forth of them have different level of user ease of access.
As an example, if you’re using wordpress, it might be quite easy rather than others CMS, but you might found it a little bit tricky when you’re building a professional website such as company profile, online store, etc.
For that you might found that joomla is a little bit better on creating your professional website. Despite that you still stick on the template provided, Joomla are quite reliable CMS with wide online community.
If you thought that Joomla couldn’t provide what you need, try Drupal. It’s considered as one of the most reliable CMS for advanced users. Which CMS you’d like to choose? You gotta refer to your purposes first.
